The Las Vegas Raiders might need to find another new head coach in 2026, but one ESPN analyst believes the team will have a tough time attracting the top candidates.

That’s what ESPN host Stephen A. Smith is calling for Tom Brady to do: take over football operations for the Las Vegas Raiders, the team he’s already a part-owner of. The Raiders, now 2-12 after Sunday’s dud against the Eagles, are among the worst teams in the NFL.
