The House Energy and Commerce Committee will hear testimony from health insurance executives Thursday morning as premiums skyrocket following the expiration of Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies.

The House Oversight Committee advanced resolutions to hold the couple in contempt for refusing to testify in its probe.
