After spending days searching for answers and trying to figure out solutions myself, I gave up (before I loose any more of my hair). Below are a list of questions of problems, issues, quirks etc.
I've tried the Google, the linuxmint forums, and the reddit to no avail. I recent installed Linux Mint Mate 20 over top of my 19.3 install. I formated the root drive but kept my home directory.
