Today, Second Harvest was at the Nashville Farmers’ Market responding to the impacts of this week’s winter storm. With continued power and water outages, and many families facing unexpected barriers to food access, we partnered with 10 local food trucks to serve more than 1,000 hot meals, while also providing over 1,000 households with dairy, fresh produce, and shelf-stable grocery staples.
