Transcribing is such a powerful experience and important part of the process (for me at least). I’ve been working on this solo for years and finally starting to get the faster runs under my fingers. Had to slow it down to about 75%, not so much to hear the runs bc I know Cedar so well at this point even the parts I didn’t hear right away, I could guess pretty accurately 😎👌🏽 But more so because I don’t have the dexterity of a trained pianist, so it helped me practicing it and hearing it slowly
