Swiss Beef Roast •5-10 lb Roast •3 stocks of celery diced •3 large carrots diced •1 can of diced tomatoes •1 small diced onion •1 diced red sweet pepper •2 tablespoons of beef bouillon •1/2 cup of water •5 tablespoons of @Costco Wholesale no salt seasoning •1 tablespoon of onion powder •1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning •1 tablespoon of garlic powder or fresh minced garlic Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 5-6 hours Goes great with mashed potatoes or white rice
