New mobile kiosks are helping provide state-issued driver licenses and ID cards for those experiencing homelessness 🪪 In partnership with the Homeless ID Project, these kiosks connect directly with our Motor Vehicle Division. Keys to Change in downtown Phoenix has offered MVD services since July 2023. The kiosks will help reach additional individuals beyond this location. One kiosk will serve multiple communities across the Phoenix metro, and a second will provide services in the Tucson area. N
